Sellers and CPAs are not currently charged by SoForma to use the Platform. Fees for a CPA's professional services are set by the CPA and billed directly to the CPA's client.

SoForma may modify this Fee Schedule prospectively and on notice as provided in Section 16 of the Terms of Service.
